Jack was born lucky both good and bad. When he was a teen he fell in to the wrong crowd And landed some jail time. He and Heather are good friends having things in common. He loves music, girls, and boys. He is a bit of a coward which is odd for a hero. But tries to do the right thing and will protects the ones dear to him. He controls luck.
Tim Aka Random dude
Tim was the city’s 2nd hero though the 1st is not much of a hero anymore. So he is the one that has been in the city the longest. He runs his own crew of heroes though Yuri is not a fan thinking he will just get hurt. Lately he is dead set on taking down a gang. He has no powers and uses his wit to win.
